"I suspected that the roof of my row house was damaged by hail on 2 May16, and I spoke with Sam Wadding of the Arch Design Build LLC about this damage. "I suspected that the roof of my row house was damaged by hail on 2 May16, and I spoke with Sam Wadding of the Arch Design Build LLC about this damage. Sam Wadding performed an excellent professional inspection of my roof, siding, and gutters. He identified damage to the roof, siding and gutters. I called my insurance company to make a claim against the insurance policy in order to have the roof, siding and gutters repaired. Sam assisted the insurance adjustor with the inspection performed by the adjustor in order for all damage was identified by the adjustor. After my initial conversation with the insurance company, Sam continued to maintained contact with the insurance company and to submit all of the paperwork requirements of the insurance company on my behalf. When the insurance company was reluctant to include a shield under the shingles for prevention of ice damming in the winter and a drip edge to prevent rain water from coming under the shingles at the edges of the roof, Sam explained that these were requirements of the construction code in Montgomery County MD. Then the insurance company provided a supplemental payment for the installation of an ice dam shield and the drip edges. Sam and his brother, Jacob, selected a skilled team of roofers who replaced the roof in one day to my complete satisfaction. Sam and Jacob selected a different team of skilled men who replaced the siding and gutters, and this was also done to my complete satisfaction. Either Sam or Jacob were at my row house 95% of the time to make certain that the work on the roof, siding and gutters was done to their professional standards. The clean-up of construction debris and trash by each team was complete and satisfactory. In summary Sam and Jacob Wadding of the Arch Design Build LLC repaired my damaged roof, siding and gutters in an efficient and professional manner. The cost was as they described, and I only paid the deductible associated with the insurance policy. The requirements of the local building code were met or exceeded. The quality of the workmanship and materials was excellent. The work was completed in 2 days. I am completely satisfied with the outcome of this construction/repair project. A Baker "
