"Our experience was exceptional. Maxine from the office called us and was friendly, professional and caring. Keelie came out the next day to test our water, provide solutions for our home and help us to understand our water problems. She was superb. Then Jay and Tyler came out the next day to install a water conditioner and an RO (Reverse Osmosis) unit. They were polite and professional. They installed the systems, explained how to use them and how to maintain them. The benefits to us so far are unbelievable. The ROI (return on investment) is unreal. Our dish soap and detergents have been cut in half or more! We have eliminated purchasing distilled water for our CPAP machines, no more bottled water, no more filters for the water in our coffee maker. The ice cubes in our ice cube maker are crystal clear, coffee tastes smoother, packaged soup from the store with our RO water is so full of flavors we did not know the soup had. What an experience and we did not know how lacking our water was until now. "

We decided to go with RainSoft because of Dominic's knowledgeable explanation of the issues we were having with our water. Dominic asked if I would do a taste test and because of the smell of the water and the fact that I am allergic to sulfur, I would not drink my own water. Dominic came back two days later and installed the water softener the carbon filter and the purified drinking water system. The first couple of days there was still a slight smell to the water but it tasted good. Now that I have had the system for more than a week, it has been wonderful to take a shower and feel clean and not have to put lotion on to combat dry skin. The water is so good that I don't buy water bottles anymore. I am so very glad that Dominic came to my house and installed the water softener system with the purified drinking water. "
