"I recently stopped in The Frame Shop to have a sentimental piece of art framed. Chris walked me through the whole selection process, offering different mat options, and frames. He explained the best widths, sizes and colors to compliment the piece. After I chose a mat, frame and glass, he told me it would be about a week as he didn't have the right size pieces for the frame and would have to order it. He called me later that day and said he found what he needed and it was finished and ready for pick up. It was everything I could want - knowledgeable, helpful, courteous and quick. I would highly recommend The Frame Shop! Thank you Chris! "

I had a LARGE project given to me at work - involving "beautify-ing" our office space before some regional managers came to town - and I called Don & Chris in a panic. I needed 35+ frames, very specific colors & sizes, and I needed them FAST. ...

"I had such an amazing experience with The Frame Shop. I had a LARGE project given to me at work - involving "beautify-ing" our office space before some regional managers came to town - and I called Don & Chris in a panic. I needed 35+ frames, very specific colors & sizes, and I needed them FAST. Not only were they SO accommodating, and really patient with my neediness, but they helped me get the job done quickly. No was NEVER an answer, they were always flexible and found a way to make it work, even when I had such specific needs. They placed the order, and even offered to stay at the office late, working as long as they needed to to get the frames put together so I'd have them in time for our big meetings. In addition...AFTER I kept Don at the office late, I realized on my way back to work that I had left the hanging hardware he gave me on a table in his shop. I called him, told him of my stupidity, and he offered to meet me in a parking lot halfway between us to bring them to me. ABOVE AND BEYOND. I would give this shop a million stars if I could. THANK YOU for the wonderful service!!!"
