They were extremely accommodating and communicated clearly the work that had to be done and how long it would take. I had forgotten something in my car the night I dropped my car off, and, someone stayed late just so I could come back and get what I needed. My car was done sooner than expected and it looked brand new after the repairs were completed. Their attention to detail cannot be matched! A great local company that puts their customers needs above theirs. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing repairs. "

"WOW! T-Jay's Service is one of the best places to get your car fixed. My husband and I needed work done to both of our cars. Mine needed a new bumper, thanks to the pole I hit and my husband needed a few scratches fixed. I stopped by T-Jay's to early to get a quote and met with the owner, who was extremely friendly, warm and welcoming. He looked over my car and gave me a quote. Not only did he explain the costs, but he showed me what parts I needed. The best part is, before I left he screwed in my bummer that was falling off so it wouldn't come off until I brought it back into the shop to get fixed. I have never met someone in the auto industry that showed they cared about my safety! A week later I dropped my car off on a Sunday for them to work on it Monday. My husband and I planned to pick up my car Monday evening and then drop his off to get fixed, but when I went to get it, I learned my car was not ready. I wasn't to upset, because the owner let me know that my car was to be the first car the next morning to be worked on and that they needed more than one day to work on it. With my car not fixed and my husband needing to drop his off, the owner of T-Jay's PAID for a rental car for us. He went out of his way to make sure that we had a vehicle until our cars were ready. With one call we were on our way to rental car company and on our way home. My husband and I are very pleased with the professionalism, kindness and care we received.
