They didn't take shortcuts, and in fact, corrected some insulation and electrical woes which were never done properly when the house was built many years ago. "Weekday early morning, kids running to catch the bus, husband in shower and of course Mom didn't get a shower yet and no power, breaker kept popping outside! 7am, thought I would leave a message and thinking of a place I could go and shower before work....no need, met by a helpful voice on the other line, within 10min our heroes to the rescue, thinking we needed a new breaker box, but was advised may just need a cleaning. Expecting 3 days of no power and $1000 bill, ended up with amazing service and able to finish my morning "as normal" and on time. We will be lifelong customers, cant thank you enough!"
