"I almost always get my oil changed here. But, while on vacation down south, we decided we needed an oil change before our return drive. Fast forward a few weeks. I noticed some oil leaking from under the car. So we stopped in to D&H oil and asked them to check the drain plug… well, the other guys down south didn’t tighten the oil filter! D&H tightened up the filter, topped off our oil… and didn’t charge us! Thanks guys! You probably saved my engine from disaster!! "
"I called yesterday, and Tyler came out today to resolve a yellow jacket "issue" at my cabin. He did a wonderful job of assessing the situation and coming up with the best solutions. And, poor guy, answered my 500 questions! EPC, Inc. sprays for "bugs" every year for me for the last 5 or so years. Customer service is excellent, and the techs are knowledgeable and friendly. "Yesterday we had our water evaluated and we were horrified by some of the results. Our sales person was informative but not pushy. We never felt like we were pressured in any way. The discovery of high levels of nitrates in our water prompted them to get someone out here to install our system the very next day. Our installer, Dominic drove 3 1/2 hours to get us up and running with good, clean, healthy water.
